Covering Yourself

You may enroll in benefits at Centric if you’re a regular full-time, part-time or a W2 temporary employee actively working at least 25 hours per week. New hires must enroll in benefits within 30 days of the date of hire. Your benefits coverage begins the first of the month following your date of hire. Open Enrollment is your opportunity to enroll in benefits for the next plan year. At this time, you will be able to add, change or decline coverage.

Covering Your Family Members

Eligible dependents include your legally married spouse, domestic partner and children up to the end of the month of their 26th birthday. This includes natural and adopted children, step-children and children for whom you are the court-appointed legal guardian.

Eligibility Documentation

For all new dependents, records such as birth certificates, marriage licenses or a Domestic Partner Affidavit are required to be submitted to Benefits at [email protected].

Open Enrollment is your opportunity to review your benefits and make changes for the next plan year. You can add, change or decline coverage and add or drop family members. The plan year runs from January 1st through December 31st. To make mid-year changes, please review more information HERE.
