How to Enroll

Log in to the ADP Self-Service Portal

Please follow the email that is sent to your personal email address to complete your onboarding through ADP.

  1. Access adp.centricconsulting.com (Note: If this is your first time logging in, then next to “Need an account?” click Sign Up for instructions and assistance.)
  2. Enter your User ID and Password (Note: To retrieve a lost User ID or Password, click “Forgot Your User ID/Password” for help.)
  3. Click Log In.

Access to the ADP Self-Service Portal

To log in to ADP, please visit adp.centricconsulting.com, and you will utilize SSO and your Microsoft Authenticator to log in to ADP. You will not utilize the login you created above. Use the portal to:

  • Make changes to your tax information.
  • View your pay statements.
  • Make changes to your personal information, dependents and beneficiaries.
  • Make initial benefits elections and elections at open enrollment for the following year.

Have a Life Event?

NOTE: If you have a life event, you have 30 days from the date of the event to make changes.

Follow these important steps:

The Benefits Team will adjust the necessary benefit elections in ADP with your changes. You will not be able to make these adjustments in ADP yourself.

In the event you are reporting a new domestic partner, please use the Domestic Partner Affidavit.
